Dear Past Host Families and Volunteers,

We are excited to announce that the Weinstein JCC will once again be hosting the JCC Maccabi
Games® in 2010.  As you already know, this is a fabulous opportunity for the entire Jewish
community to come together for a wonderful cause.  We will be opening our city to 1,000 Jewish teenathletes (yes, this is 200 less than in 2005!) for 6 days, Aug. 1-6, 2010.  We hope you will once agree to be a part of this activity-filled week.

Recruiting host families, volunteers and athletes is a monumental task.  The favor we are asking you is to take a moment and go to this link, http://www.weinsteinjcc.org and sign-up now to let us know you are interested in being a part of the Games. Only minimal information is required now. Please sign up for housing only once but sign up each volunteer and athlete in your household separately.  You will have the opportunity when you formally register this fall to select options/preferences in more detail.

By agreeing to take a moment to do this, you will be doing the various Maccabi committees a tremendous favor by giving us a jump-start on this long, overwhelming, but very rewarding process. 

Information will be going out to the entire community in the coming month, however because of your past participation we wanted to let you know in advance.
