A.J. Jacobs at the JCC Forum From following the famous 10 commandments to the often neglected rules in the Bible, A.J. Jacobs may be recognized most for his New York Times best-selling book, The Year of Living Biblically: One Man’s Humble Quest to Follow the Bible as Literally as Possible. The Guinea Pig Diaries released this past September (2009), is Jacobs’ newest novel. A.J. Jacobs is the editor-at-large at Esquire magazine. Jacobs is also an occasional contributor to NPR and has appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” “The Today Show,” “Good Morning America” and all major news networks. Currently, Jacobs is working on his newest book, The Healthiest Human Being in the World. Tickets are $35. Become a Host or Volunteer for the 2010 JCC Maccabi Games® Home hospitality is one of the key components of the Games and an integral part of each athlete's experience. The other vital piece that makes the games successful both to the athletes and the hosting city is the many volunteers needed to carry out this endeavor.
