having fun with friends. The participants provide

quite a variety of activities each session. Some
examples of activities include ceramics, water
aerobics, bowling, movies, cake decorating,
sporting events such as baseball and hockey,
ballroom dancing, cookouts, and learning self
defense. The group also participates in one-day
trip per session to places like Monticello, a
Norfolk lunch cruise, the mountains for apple
picking and the Virginia Zoo.
