Yom Ha Atzmaut
Yom Ha Atzmaut, Israel Independence Day, is celebrated annually on the 5th of Hebrew month of Iyar, marks the anniversary of the establishment of the state of Israel (May 14th 1948).
Yom Hazikaron, Memorial Day, is the day proceeding this celebration and is devoted to the memory of those who gave their lives for the achievements of Israel’s independence and its continued existence.

Israeli Community P2K Shaliach/Emissary
Shaliach - Emissary, is an Israeli resource for our community. Our Community Shaliach represents Partnership 2000 community of Emek Hefer and works with the entire Jewish Community. As the Partnership 2000 Community Shaliach, Ran Michaelis works throughout the Jewish and general Community with youth, teens, college students, young adults and adults through speaking appearances, educational and specialty programs
