Policies

Membership Payment and Renewals:
The Center's membership year is based on the fiscal year September 1 through August 31. All memberships are based upon one full year. Payment by cash, check, credit card or monthly debit are accepted. Joining fees are non-refundable. Membership will be automatically renewed unless written cancellation is received by the Membership Office by August 31. Visit the Membership Office or call (804)545-8635 for details.

Membership Cards:
Always present your Weinstein JCC photo ID card upon entering the facility. Replacement cost of a lost card will be $10.00.

Locker Rentals:
Small lockers are available for rent at $60 per year in the adult locker rooms. We will provide a lock at the time of rental. If you are not renting, feel free to use any open locker on a daily basis. We encourage bringing your own lock to secure your belongings when using daily as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Financial Assistance:
We have limited funds available for anyone in need of assistance who may want to become a member or participate in programs. Contact Randi Genderson at (804)545-8635.

Special Needs and Accessibility:
To meet the social, recreational and educational needs of those with disabilities, we offer a selection of activities and services. If you require special accommodations please call (804)285-6500.

Guest Policy and Reciprocity:
Guests of members are welcome. Each guest may visit up to three times per year. A member must accompany all guests. Daily guest passes are $10 per adult and $5 per child and must be paid for by check, cash, or credit card upon arrival. No guest passes are sold on Saturday. We welcome all traveling JCC members.

Kashruth Policy:
We observe Kashruth (kosher) as interpreted by the Va'ad Hakashruth of Richmond. Before bringing a bag meal for any program, please ask for a copy of the Center's Kashruth guidelines.
